Both sides are understandable. We've seen this before, and personally, I was once doing some graphic work for some company in DC. They didn't seem to like it...when I saw their final product, it looked just like what I created for them. I confronted them. And the person replied that that their work was "heavily inspired" by mine. I'm still pissed about that. Lesson learned.
