These Jeffrey Campbell Issue Boots remind me in a way of the Stella Mccartney Perforation OTK Boots and is still an attention grabber with its glazed leather and perforated hole revealing beige fabric underneath it.

It's not a tight-as-a-glove fit like the Stella Mccartney OTK Boots and even though the Issue Boot seems to have a slouchy effect, the top of the shaft is elasticized to prevent too much slouching.
