Color Splash: Matiko Shoes Tess Pumps

I've been looking at the Matiko Shoes Tess Pumps for weeks and I keep coming back to them. The high heel pumps feature a patent leather heel and toe panel and a black suede ankle panel with back zip closure. I think it's the contrast neon yellow stitching and trim that due it for me. Can we say great neutral with a color splash?
