Tuesday, I had the pleasure of attending the launch party of Shoebox NY celebrating its official re-design model of which all of its locations in Manhattan, Long Island and Palm Beach will follow. Still a little in the dark? Well close your eyes and imagine stepping off velvet roped red carpet into a shoe lovers dream. Turn to your right to spot this season's latest Arturo Chiang leather pumps, walk a little further and you’ll see a cool rugged pair of Frye boots, glance to right to view a library of Tory Burch loafers or just look up to spot an amazing Vince Camuto satchel. No, your not at an Italian leather market, it’s a quaint NY boutique.
Shoebox NY is indeed a one-stop shop and has all you need to look fashion forward, unique and fly. As shoe lovers, we all know the hassle of walking into a big department store and literally fighting for the attention of sales associates, but at Shoe Box NY you are guaranteed top-notch service. I had a fabulous time sipping cocktails, munching on yummy hors d'oeuvres and mingling with store associates, fashion bloggers and editors. I even had the chance to share a few words with shoe designer extraordinaire, Arturo Chiang. "I want my customers to know that I understand you work hard, but at the end of the day I want you to look pretty." Wow he really gets me, no wonder I'm such a fan!
