This isn't the first time one company has sued another over disturbingly similar designs and it won't be the last. I've always wondered how design houses get away with blatant copycatting. I'm not accusing Target of this, but there are several labels on the tip of my tongue that I'd go after if I were say, Gwen Stefani, Dior or a few others.
I'm feeling some kind of way about the accusations against Target. You all know I love Target so I'm interested to see how this will turn out.
