Anticipation: Jimmy Choo For H&M Ad Campaign

The November 14, 2009 collection debut for the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection is right around the corner. H&M recently released more images of the Jimmy Choo for H&M ad campaign, and I got excited all over again. One of the ads actually features Tamara Mellon who is the founder and president of Jimmy Choo. This is a limited collection that will be featured only in 200 H&M stores worldwide. The collection consist of apparel,handbags, costume jewelry, and of course signature Jimmy Choo heels.

Mellon recently told WWD, "It was H&M's idea to [do clothes], and as soon as they said it, I really wanted to do it" She also stated she has no imminent plans to launch ready-to-wear under the Jimmy Choo umbrella, but never say never. I know this collection is going to be a big hit.

I wonder if the success of this collection would inspire Tamara Mellon to begin designing a ready-to-wear line for the Jimmy Choo brand, how dope would that be? I guess we have to stay tuned to see.
