"Hello Lover"
The infamous words of Carrie Bradshaw to those adorable over priced shoes in the window of "Sex and the City". Most of us have not been able to utter those words because we simply cant afford them. But wait no more! H&M and Jimmy Choo are joining forces. And this will surely be heaven to even the most fashion forward recessionista with shoes starting at only $60. Yes ma'am Jimmy Choo's for $60, that's not even a fraction of the price of the normal retail shoe which can range from $300 to the upward thousands! Jimmy Choo will also have a line of women's apareal, bags, and accessories for the H&M retail store to debut. *hallelujah* Men should not feel left out they will also be launching men shoes.
H&M have combined with previous designers and pop icons such as Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Roberto Cavalli, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Matthew Williamson, and Viktor & Rolf.
Jimmy Choo co-founder and President Tamara Mellon said the branding would bring H&M "a sophisticated, fashion-forward, accessible and glamorous collection.
So with Jimmy Choo becoming more "accessible" will that lower the value and tarnish the name? Who cares! The line will debut November 14 and the line starts here! The sneak peak of the line is featured in the picture above.
